Solar Mason's mechanical construction crews handle racking assembly, module installation, and all physical mounting work. Our teams are factory-trained on IronRidge, SEMS, and other major racking platforms — ensuring every bolt, clamp, and rail meets manufacturer torque specs and structural requirements.

🔧 Racking Assembly

Rail systems, attachments, splices, and end clamps installed per manufacturer specifications with calibrated torque wrenches and documented QA checklists.

☀️ Module Installation

Panel placement, mid/end clamp fastening, and module-level power electronics attachment completed with care to prevent micro-cracking and frame damage.

🏗️ Tracker Assembly

Single-axis tracker torque tubes, bearings, motors, and control systems assembled and commissioned for utility-scale installations.

✅ QA/QC

Documented quality control at every stage — torque verification, visual inspection, plumb/level checks, and photographic documentation of all connections.
